To enable menu module caching with Joomfish you will need to make a small modification to the Joomla caching code. In includes/cache/Lite/Function.php replace : function call()

$id = serialize($arguments); // Generate a cache id with : function call()

global $mosConfig_lang;
if (isset( $mosConfig_lang)) $arguments[] = array('mosConfigLang'=>$mosConfig_lang);
