We are pleased to announce the public release of Joomfish 2.0.4 Stable for Joomla 1.5.

Joom!Fish 2.0.4 Stable

This version includes an integrated installation process. You need only this single archive and install it on your Joomla! installation using the standard installer. The upgrade process works with the installer too.

You can use the following patch files to upgrade your existing installation without the need to run through the installer. Please unzip the packages and overwrite your existing installation with the files included. The packages include the complete Joomla file structure from the root of your installation.

Various translations for the Joom!Fish backend and other extensions are available as well. Due to limitations of the Joomla! system we provide these as a separate download.  The free forum for discussions about this release can be found at http://www.joomfish.net/forum/. Additional faster support for contributors and subscribers of the project can be found in the support forum.

Please make sure that you are using PHP5 since Joomfish 2.0.4 was developed and tested using PHP5 and has not been tested with PHP4.

You can find the latest translations for the administrator area as well as frontend modules and other files in our download sections. These translations are provided by various contributors and often updated. Many thanks for that. If you can not find your own language in the translations directory we would love to get a package from you and offer it as a download.

During the Joomla!Day in Bad Nauheim Germany I presented short roundtrip of the project. The presentation, which is in German, covers a brief overview of the things you can do with Joomfish. It was meant to be an initial presentation for the discussion afterwards.
