Project Leader and developer

Alex Kemkens, living in Munich Germany and I'm 36 years old.

Beside the work for the Joomla! core team and the Joom!Fish project I'm running a consultancy company (Think Network) specialized in company strategies. During the day I work with clients such as the UN, WFP, T-Sytems or many more. My free time I spend with my family and friends.

About the Fish:

I invented this extension as of a leak of multilingual features of Mambo in 2003. The basic principle I have is to create a solution which is most easy for extension developers as I understood that multilingual topics are very tricky and complicate to get. The main purpose I have is to create a solution which is most easy for people to maintain and understand.

My future steps for the project are:

- 1.8 with implementing a solid base of the project
- 2.0 create a good base for J! 1.5 and a multi dimensional system in the future
