[Club]Would like to have option don't show if not translated

hi.
was working with joomfish, could not find option. That items, menus don't apear, if they are not translated.
Lets say I want to translate only half of page. Other half is not appearing (that which is not translated)
that could be great.

This options are already available for club members via plugins
