Language order always 0

In "Joomfish/Content languages" window the Order number of one language always is set to 0 (even if I save with any other number), and on the language selection bar, language is always set on the top of the list of all languages. But in the database itself, I can easily change and save the order number but it doesn't affect anyway. Any suggestions?

On my test system it now works and I think it's due to these changes that I made
viewtopic.php?f=49&t=11104#p38478. Note that I'm not 100% sure since I made these changes quite some time ago, so please backup any files you change!

I have the same problem with Russian language. Cannot save the order number, it stays on 0.
Other languages English, German, Spanish and Finnish work fine.
The above mentioned code fixes did not help me.
