Flags in Banner place disappear in IE 7.0

Flags in Banner place disappear in IE 7.0

Hello to all! This my first topic in your highly-skilled forum and sorry for my english :)
I have a problem. When I place flags in Banner place everything is pretty cool in Firefox and Opera. But IE doesn't show the flags in that position. Can I fix it?
