New Membership Payment System

Today we implemented a new membership payment system based on Virtuemart.

This has many benefits such as making account upgrades available and providing you information about your account status - e.g, when your subscription expires.

If you encounter any problems please respond to this post providing as much information as possible and we will investigate.

You purchased an upgrade from Silver to Gold. I have replaced this with a normal silver membership and your account has been upgraded accordingly

Hum, I just bought silver membership and I can not see the club area also, I can only download the club plgin only, anybody could explain why?

Your forum account is setup as a silver member already (notice the colour and rank).

Did you get you Joomla account email when you ordered the subscription?

I bought today the silver membership, but still I cannot access to the club forum.

Can you try the following:

1. Logout of the forum and login again

if that doesn't help

2. Change your password for the forum, logout and login again
