Joom!Fish 2.0 Development Screen Dumps

Hi all,

Attached the first draft of the new control panel. As you can see the functionality stays quite similar to what we had so far.

Now my question: What do you like to be changed at this dialog? Any suggestions, ideas, wishes?

Development is proceeding a pace.

We have a prototype version that works in the front end and Alex and I are now updating the backend so that it will work with Joomla 1.5. The initial emphasis is on getting it working - in Subversion the translation code is now working (i.e. editing, publishing, deleting etc.) - one area that will take a lot more work is handling the translation of menu and module parameters.

I attach a screenshot of the translation overview in action:

yes the pages is visible. I'm affraid i'm for 1 new to the board, and 2 totally novice in the matter of joomfish so can't help you on that point. but just wanted to let you know that yes we can see your posts.

Alex, when people see the screenshots they with open month and are totally unable to write anything, they are just amazed.

ROTFWL ivo you forgot to say that we also had a little fillet of gob dribbling from the mouth down onto the shoe, starring like idiots on the screen...

ah yes, by the way, could you put "thumbnails" with something like a "thickbox" or "lightbox" for the images and not a wrapper where we have to scroll all over the place to see the whole screenDump ? we could drool much better on them

but hey... enough said... you guys are developing JoomFish 2.0 the future of Joomfish is Orange & green go go go

Seems like people is happy with how it's looking, or maybe afraid of making any changes now that would delay the release.

Ye, imagine 1 year delay, because we can no choose icons for the control panel.

Well, if the question is just about icons ... also then I think most are happy as long as it works ...
One year, one month, one week or one day ... there's always someone that needed it yesterday.
