Add article just on 1 language version

What is the best way to add article just on 1 language version so that the article doesn't exist on another version.

For example, if default input language is german, how can I add article just on english version without german and reverse?

Actually that's the same thing I'm planning to do & just don't know any idea how to do it. I've also searched other similar topics/problems in the forum but can't find one. Hope it won't take a month before they finally give us an answer.

This is a consideration for me in deciding to install Joom!Fish. My site will have content in both English and French. English will be the default but not all French articles will be translated to English. Is it possible to have an article only in a language other than the default?

HI guys..
I have same problem as yours, and I had search every where for a useful solution,but couldn't found any thing..
so I think to a new way for solve this problem,and I did.
this is what I did and know I have different article in each languages in pages,and when i go to each article and want to translate it to another language its work in simple way...
for example you have some Articles,some of them in EN,some of them in FR and some in RU..
then you most make 3 category like this Article EN
Article FR
Article RU
then put each article in right category and go to module manager...
click on the check box before module you want to load articles and select a language from joomfish language selector,when translation page opened, in translate part select the right category.
For example if you select RU from joomfish language selector so select "Article Ru" from translation part...
then click on the publish check box and save it.
know when you change languages in simple way modules loads different categories,and you just see the articles in right languages..
if you want to change language of articles when its open you must go to article manager and click on the check box before the article and select your language from language selector,and past your translate in translation box....don't forgot to click on publish check box...
