Based on the initial release of Joom!Fish 2.0 the version 2.1 integrates several enhanced features and fixes for issues we had been reported. The primary focus in this version was the stabilization of the source code and improved support for the new versions of PHP and Joomla.

Currently a pre-build is released for all Joom!Fish Club Members. This pre-build is dedicated to an improved integration of our additional extensions and allows you to use Joom!Fish more efficiently with those extensions.

The version 2.0 is the first release for the new Joomla 1.5 series. With the new framework of Joomla many new features and changes had been implemented. Joom!Fish integrates fully into the administration and front-end of Joomla and allows you to translate any information on your site.

The current stable release can always be downloaded on our download page. In our official SVN you can find the development releases and branches as well.
For all Club Members we offer additional builds which are pre-builds of the next upcoming stable release. In certain cases it is possible that the club release is a version ahead of the current release, which then indicates that certain dependencies are relevant.

Joom!Fish 1.8 for Joomla! 1.0.x PDF Print E-mail

The Version 1.8 is released as stable product and will be the last version for the Joomla! 1.0.x codebase.

Joom!Fish 1.8 is discontinued and will not be supported anymore. It is highly recommended to migrate your Joomla 1.0 installation to Joomla 1.5 using Joom!Fish 2.x instead.

The migration process from Joom!Fish 1.8 to 2.x is based on the migrator extension from Sam. A detailed step by step explanation can be found on the help site of Joomla. The required files for Joom!Fish can be downloaded from our site. With this migration process you will be able to convert your existing content including the translations to a new site.
